This area of the Coastal Mountain Range is located at an elevation of around 800m above sea level, and is famous mainly because of the daylily flowers that grow in abundance during August and September.
Weekends during this time will be extremely busy, unless you are willing to get there to watch the sunrise (it is worth it!). Winter is also a nice time to visit the area, as during this time the fields are covered with rape seed flowers and there are far less tourists.
